If you have a problem with your item, you can return it within 15 days from when you receive it. Get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact page which can be found HERE. If we deem the item to be in unsatisfactory condition or tampered with in any way then a full refund will not be given.
If you have received an item and realized you have made a mistake with the size, color or quantity we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund due to our clothing being made to order.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items can be refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
The shipping costs of the item will be paid for by us, after we have inspected the item, and deemed whether or not a full refund should be given, the shipping costs will be refunded back into your account.
