How do I place an order?
Placing an order on Truth Sticks is simple - just select the product you wish to buy from the 'ALL ITEMS' page and then pick your desired product, then click the 'Add to Cart' button, which will add the item to your cart.
To purchase the item, click the 'CHECK OUT' button in the top right hand corner, and then simply follow the instructions.
How do I change my order?
If you wish to change your order (for example, if you have ordered the wrong size) send an E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact page which can be found HERE. If changes are required the sooner you get in touch the better, as the item may already be in production.
If the item has already been created and sent out to you, we are unable to offer a refund, due to our clothing being created on order. (Make sure to double check your order before hitting the pay button.)
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order, either email us at email@example.com or get in touch through the contact page which can be found HERE. If necessary a refund will be sent within 5 working days. Ideally if you do wish to cancel your purchase, the sooner you do the better as the item may already be in production or may have already been sent.

How are your stickers made?
Our stickers are made using high quality glossy film, self adhesive vinyl. Each design is protected by a water and UV proof barrier to ensure your sticker stays in great condition.
Shipping time will be different depending on where you are. We will be using the Royal Mail signed for service to ship first class within the UK, therefore your item should be received within 2-5 working days after your purchase. If you are ordering from a location outside of the UK, the shipping service we use should ensure your item arrives within 5 - 12 working days after your purchase (although chances are it will arrive much sooner.)
How do I return my item?
If you have a problem with your item, you can return it within 10 days from when you receive it. Get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the contact page which can be found HERE. If we deem the item to be in unsatisfactory condition or tampered with in any way then a full refund will not be given.
If you have received an item and realized you have made a mistake with the design or quantity, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund due to our items being made to order.
